How do I apply for an iPad grant?

The grant application requires the recommendation of an autism or special education professional regarding the software app which would be most beneficial to the child. The grant application can be found on the Downloads page.

The grant application asks about eligibility for free or reduced price school meals. If we do not qualify, should we still apply for a grant?

Yes! The free or reduced meals question is on the application in the event that we receive far more applications than we can possibly fund. It is not, however, an automatic qualifier or disqualifier, so please do apply!

Are contributions tax deductible?

Yes, the Wisconsin-Upper Michigan Kiwanis District Foundation (KDF) is a 501c3 non-profit organization, so all contributions to this project are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Receipts will be provided for donations of $200 or more.

I love this project. How can I help?

You can help by making a financial contribution, identifying a child who would benefit from an iPad and App, organizing a fundraiser in your area, or by joining the Governor’s Project committee.
